I use coaching and astrology to empower people to live a purposeful and meaningful life, whatever that means for them.
My Story
After spending a good part of my life working in finance and for other people, I realised that I wasn’t fulfilled and I was, quite honestly, bored! I had a beautiful home and a well paid job, but I wasn’t really happy, I wasn’t unhappy but I wasn’t lit up and alive, I needed something more.
After embarking upon a journey of developmental life coaching I realised that I had the power to change my life if I wanted to, that it was only me that was keeping myself where I was and it was therefore within my power to change things. So I jacked in the job, rented out my house and took off on the road in my campervan to explore a different way of living and working.
In my two years on the road I have learnt so much about myself, I’ve allowed myself to be fallible and make U turns, to change my decisions and be more compassionate with myself. I have shed enough tears to make up for all the years I kept a stiff upper lip, and more. I have grown in ways I could never have imagined.
I now find myself settled in North Wales ready to embark on the next chapter in my life and this is to help people help themselves.

Experience & Qualifications
Developmental coaching, NLP and astrology have given me the tools to better understand myself and others, and I love to help others in the same way. I have completed a one year course in Esoteric Astrology, an NLP Practitioner course and am currently taking part in a Positive Psychology Coaching course.
Each of these in their own right is a massive body of knowledge, practice and wisdom which I am really only at the beginning of, and for that reason I am currently offering my services on a tiered basis, so you pay at the tier you can or what you feel the service is worth. My intention behind this is that I am able to practise and hone my craft while you can benefit from my skills, support and guidance.
